Carol Carson studied painting at the School of Visual Arts in New York and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in architecture and painting, from New York Institute of Technology.  A life-long painter in traditional media such as oils and encaustic, she began exploring and working in glass more than 40 years ago.  Her work has been shown in museums and can be found in galleries and private collections throughout the United States.
